Using the service

SellMeThePen provides AI-simulated sales roleplay and learning content for training purposes. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information to use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the AI systems, and not to share your account credentials with others.

Purchases and refunds

Learning modules are one-time digital purchases delivered instantly upon payment. Because access is granted immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content lapses once you confirm and start the module, in line with applicable consumer law.

Team and Enterprise plans

Organization admins are responsible for managing seats and invite codes for their team. Billing for seats is prorated according to the plan selected at checkout.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.

Liability

The service is provided for training purposes only. AI feedback and scores are learning aids and do not guarantee real-world sales outcomes.
